Romams 11:25

"For I do not wish you to be ignorant of this secret, brothers, lest you should be wise in your own estimation, that hardening in part has come over Yisra’ĕl, until the completeness of the gentiles has com in."

The Actual words Melo-Ha-Goyim are Hebrew for ‘The Fullness (Completeness) of the Nations (Gentiles).’ This phrase relates directly to Genesis 48:19 when Jacob speaks to Joseph his son concerning Josephs' youngest son Ephraim who was born in Egypt. Melo  means Fullness or completeness as in its entirety.  It is a masculine noun and is found in the Brown-Driver-Briggs Hebrew Lexicon as H4393:Fullness, that which fills, handful, mass, multitude, entire, contents, full length, full line Its root word is from the Hebrew word Mala which is H4390 and is a verb and means to: accomplish, to satisfy or to mass themselves together; to be armed.

Ezekiel 37:19

Ha is a the definite article which means ‘the’ it relates to the noun which it precedes which is our next word, Goyim; Nations H1471:It is the plural word for ‘goy’ which means:Nation, people, usually of non-Hebrew people, of descendants of Abraham, of Israel The interesting thing is that this word’s primitive root is ‘ga’ah’ which means to: rise up, grow up, be exalted in triumph, to be lifted up. So the actual meaning of Melo HaGoyim is: The completeness and multitude of a people massed together and armed non-Hebrew descendants of Abraham being exalted and lifted up in triumph.

Now that we have clarified the literal meaning of Melo HaGoyim; let us take a look at the spiritual deeper or ‘sod’ level of the phrase.

The entire house of Jacob is comprised of two houses or kingdoms. Ephraim (called Israel) and Judah. These two houses are also the twelve tribes of Israel representing the twelve sons of Jacob and the mixed multitude that left out of Egypt during the mass exodus as described in the book of Exodus making the entire house of Jacob; also called the house of Israel because the Lord changed Jacob’s name to Isra'el after he wrestled with Him (Genesis 32:28). Isra’el means to strive with El (GOD), to overcome with El and to rule with El.  Strive –To judge, to strive or contend for; Hebrew - Diyn, [pronounced deen] Strong’s Dictionary 1777 – To rule, to judge as in umpire (as at law), to execute or minister judgment.  When Jacob blessed his sons with their inheritance, he included Joseph’s two sons, they are Manasseh and Ephraim. By doing this he added an additional tribe to the lineage making the number thirteen, but the Lord set aside the tribe of Levi to be priest unto Him, therefore receiving no land inheritance. They are instructed to care for the house of the Lord and so doing the Lord is their inheritance. The Tribes where divided into two kingdoms after the reign of Solomon...

THE NUMBER OF GOVERNMENTAL PERFECTION. There were 12 tribes of Israel; 12 Disciples, 12 foundations in the heavenly Jerusalem; 12 gates; 12 pearls; 12 messengers. The measurements of New Jerusalem are 12,000 furlongs or stadia, while the wall will be 144 (12 x 12) cubits (Rev. 21:16-17).
