Rabbis Aviyah (Alvita) Byers is a teacher of the Scriptures and held the position as an Associate Minister of The Redeemed Outreach Ministries for five years. She began her search through the Original Covenant and the Hebrew Language in June 2001 studying under Messianic Rabbi David Levi in Mocksville, NC, Messianic Rabbi Jeffrey Weiss author of ‘The Truth of Reformation” and Messianic Rabbi Ralph Messer of Simchat Torah Beit Midrash in Denver Colorado.

She is a founder of Melo HaGoyim Learning Center under her covering and Husband of forty-three years Rabbi James Byers, Sr. She has three beautiful children, one Grandson and Granddaughter of whom she adores and loves dearly. She is well versed in the understanding of the Tanak and Renewed Covenant and loves to teach and present Yahweh’s Word to diverse groups of people. She has taught on-line Ancient Foundations classes to help Christian leaders and lay persons see and experience the deeper places in the Scripture through the Hebrew language. As chair of the MHG Media Communications Committee, Rabbis works diligently to promote not only the vision and mission of Melo HaGoyim Learning Center, but is more motivated in promoting the knowledge and understanding of the Torah as it relates to the house of Israel and the regathering of Yahweh’s people from all the nations. As the ministry has been given a vision from The Most High of the regathering of the exilic community to the Torah; she has coined the phrase; “Melo HaGoyim Learning Center, Where The Torah Is A Lifestyle.”  She is a co-author of The Hebrew Messianic Haggadah for Passover, which assists assemblies in preparing for the Passover and guides the congregational leader through the Passover Seder.

Finally, she is set apart to the One, True and Living Elohim of the Universe and strives to walk righteously before Him and the world daily. Delving into the thoughts of Yahshuah and understanding His Ways is an integral part of her daily walk. Her life’s goal is to impart that information to others so that lives are changed and transformed.
